A graduate of Quinnipiac University and New England College of Optometry,
David Cosenza became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1987. David started
Cosenza Real Estate and, as his Optometric Practice grew, he continued his
Real Estate investing. Upon retiring from private in 2002, David has devoted
his full time efforts to Real Estate. He is now a Connecticut Licensed
Realtor with McBride Associates under the brokerage of Re/Max Right Choice.
David is also a founding partner
in Real Estate Options LLC, a business that evaluates and analyzes
residential and commercial investment opportunities for clients statewide.
David lives in Trumbull with his
wife Donna and two sons, Kory & Ryan. He has been active in the community
coaching and managing his sons’ soccer teams and is presently a Governor of
the Pinewood Lake Association, a private lake community in Trumbull.
David works with clients to
build a lasting relationship and to provide his clients with all aspects of
buying or selling a home. He provides resources for all aspects of the real
estate process including his “Client for Life” program which provides
